Hello, I’m Dav. I started my first blog in 2005, a year after I was hired to be a flight attendant for a major U.S. airline. Being the first professional traveler in my family, I quickly got tired of telling the same stories over and over again. Since then I’ve had several different blogs with several different formats. This is the latest.

In 2010, I saw the movie The Bucket List. In this story, the two main characters, played by Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman, both having been diagnosed with incurable diseases, decide to travel the world together. This is so that two can chase some dreams before either of them “kick the bucket”. Soon, the two become unlikely friends.

After seeing this, I decided to come up with my own bucket list. Not only will this blog be the day-to-day activities of a professional traveler, but a place to share my own bucket list and a record chasing these dreams. Every original post, or guest submission, will be saved and printed into a book. I invite you to be a part of this story! I welcome all comments or questions.

I am the youngest of six, the uncle of twenty-five, and the great uncle of a whole mess. I am an adventurer, camper, dog lover, dream-chaser, flight attendant, hiker, movie-goer, music-lover, optimist, singer, and traveler. Unless otherwise specified in each post, all posted times are Mountain Standard Time or Mountain Daylight Time zones, U.S.

Whether you have found this blog by complete chance, or I gave you the URL, I hope you enjoy the things you read and see- maybe this will inspire you to chase your own dreams! If you are keeping a similar record, I’d love to follow along. Send me your URL so I can check it out! Feel free to follow this blog!
